Ask: Tomasz wants a list of what BG-Demo needs from Vellacott before the call, with an owner next to each item. He said that without an owner it floats.
Customer view: he is engaged and is widening attendance beyond partnerships operations so teams see each client whole from day one. IT is still to be confirmed.

About an hour should be enough. The aim is to agree which systems we connect first, who on your side will own each one, and who needs access to the brain from the start. It would help if someone from IT could join, as they will need to approve the connections inside your Snowflake account. Could you tell me which slot works and who should be on the invite?
