As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Finance sent invoice INV-079-0002 for £50k for the annual Growth subscription, due 30 May 2026, and asked Lorraine for a PO number. This is a billing thread with no customer reply.
Ask: Rachel Dunmore asked Lorraine Kowalczyk to confirm a PO number to quote, offered to reissue the invoice before the due date, and asked to be told once the invoice is entered for payment.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the invoice was paid or a PO was needed.
Next: check accounting for payment against the 30 May 2026 due date.

- Rachel Dunmore 30 Apr 2026 13:23Dear Lorraine, Please find attached invoice INV-079-0002, issued today, 30 Apr 2026, for the annual Growth subscription for Quarrington Care Network. For your records: - Invoice number: INV-079-0002 - Net amount: £50,000 - VAT: £0 - Gross amount: £50,000 - Issue date: 30 Apr 2026 - Due date: 30 May 2026 The subscription term runs to 29 Apr 2027 and is invoiced annually in advance, under the terms in the order form. The invoice is payable in pounds sterling. Could you confirm the PO number you would like quoted on the invoice? If your accounts payable process needs one, I will reissue the invoice with it before the due date so that nothing delays payment. If you also need any supporting documents for your vendor set-up, tell me what they are and I will send them. Please let me know once the invoice has been entered for payment, and let me know if the due date of 30 May 2026 causes a problem on your side. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
