What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Jordan Pike sent the Growth order form (total £62k) with the business associate agreement. COO Gregory Hasselbeck will sign only once privacy and security leads are comfortable. The thread ends with no customer reply and no signature.
Ask: Gregory wants his privacy and security leads to confirm before he signs, and asks for one page on what has changed. He also asks what the risk is if they raise anything.
Customer view: He is cautious rather than negative. Jordan replied on 16 Apr 2026 that nothing has changed and offered a short note to forward.
Next: Jordan is waiting for the review status to keep his forecast honest. The evidence does not show whether the order form was signed.

- Jordan Pike 14 Apr 2026 13:59Hi Gregory, Here's where we are. The Growth order form is ready for your signature, and the business associate agreement sits alongside it as we discussed. The total value of the order form is £62,000. Nothing has changed in the terms since your team last saw them. What would make this a yes? If there's anything still open on your side, tell me and I'll deal with it directly. Thanks, Jordan
- Gregory Hasselbeck 14 Apr 2026 16:47Jordan, Thanks. Before I sign, I need our privacy and security leads to confirm they are comfortable. What's the risk if they raise anything at this stage? Keep it simple. One page of what has changed, if anything, would help. Greg Hasselbeck
- Jordan Pike 16 Apr 2026 15:26Hi Gregory, To be transparent, nothing has changed. The order form and the business associate agreement are the same documents your privacy and security leads have already seen. The risk, as I see it, is limited to anything they want clarified before signature, and I'm available to answer that today. If it helps, I can send a short note you can forward to them, listing what is in the order form and what is covered by the agreement. Just say the word. We had pencilled in today for signature. If your team needs a little longer, that's fine, but let me know where the review stands so I can keep my forecast honest. Thanks, Jordan
