Katrin Vogelsang, Head of Merchant Operations, accepted a Thursday afternoon discovery session from 14:00. She set an agenda and said data must stay in an EU region, and asked for sources on data handling.

Ask: Priya Raman proposed a discovery session on data sources and a single view of a merchant. Katrin chose Thursday, named herself and one merchant risk colleague, and asked for the question list beforehand.

Customer view: she is cooperative but exacting. She wants a source for each data handling point to show her compliance team, and will circulate minutes.

Next: the EU region requirement points to the dedicated EU data residency add-on.

Hi Katrin, Thanks for taking the time to speak earlier. It was really useful to hear how your account managers and merchant risk teams currently piece together a picture of each merchant, and I think there is a clear fit with what we do. To keep momentum, I would suggest we book a proper discovery session where we go through your data sources and what a single view of a merchant would need to show. If we can get this over the line this week, we can have the right people from our side prepared, including a colleague from our solutions team. Would Thursday or Friday afternoon suit you? Happy to make this easy and work around your diary. If it helps, I can send a short list of the questions we would like to cover beforehand. Best, Priya Priya Raman Account Executive, BG-Demo

Hello Priya, Thank you for the follow-up. Thursday afternoon works for me; Friday is difficult because of an internal review. To be precise, I would propose the following: - Thursday, from 14:00, for about an hour. - Attendees from our side: myself and one colleague from merchant risk. I will confirm the name once I have checked her availability. - Agenda: first, which systems hold merchant information today; second, what our risk and account management teams need to agree on for one merchant; third, where the data must be stored, since we need it to stay in an EU region. Yes, please send your list of questions beforehand. For each point on data handling, what is the source? I will need something I can show our compliance team later, so I will also circulate short minutes afterwards. Let us agree the next step at the end of the call. Kind regards, Katrin
