Dear Kwame, I am the Head of Marketing at BG-Demo, and I would like to invite you to our Customer Day London, which takes place in person on Thursday 11 Jun 2026. The day is built around customers rather than around us. Teams from other organisations will be talking about how they run B-Glass inside their own Snowflake account, who owns it on their side, and what it has and has not changed for them. Since you review every system the firm pays for, I thought the sessions on ownership, where the data lives and how a team runs it day to day might be useful to you. I should be honest that I do not know yet how much of this will be new to you. Your team may already have a clear view on what it wants from B-Glass, and a conversation with other customers could help test that, or simply confirm it. Could you tell me whether you can come? If you would prefer to send a member of your team, say so and I will arrange it with them directly. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BG-Demo
