Priya Raman offered to hold the Growth renewal at £44k for one more year if agreed before 2 Jul 2026, with Owen Tallis's approval. Saskia Mendes said it is Rupert Lasker's decision and usage has dipped. No reply from Rupert.

Offer: the hold is a proposal, not executed paper, on the same Growth subscription and 40 licensed users. Priya says it lapses at contract end and would then be looked at again.

Customer view: Saskia calls it useful and quick but defers to Rupert and a finance colleague. She volunteers that usage dipped this quarter.

Next: there is no customer response from Rupert in the thread, and the evidence does not show whether the offer was accepted.

Hi Rupert, hi Saskia, Wanted to follow up on the renewal conversations with a concrete offer, and I have copied Owen so you can see it has his approval. We are happy to hold your renewal at the current price of £44,000 for one more year, on the same Growth subscription and the same 40 licensed users. Without this, the renewal would move to the current list price for Growth, so I know it matters to you. To keep momentum, if we can get this over the line before your contract end on 2 Jul 2026, we will honour it. After that we would have to look at it again. Happy to make this easy: a one line reply is enough for me to put the paperwork together. Best, Priya

Hi Priya, Thank you, that is useful and quick. To be straight about it: this is Rupert's decision, and he will take it with a colleague on the finance side, so I will not pretend I can answer for him. What I can say is that usage has dipped this quarter, and I would rather you heard that from me than guessed at it. I am working on getting the directors back in before their reviews. Could you send us a single page with the price, the term and what is included, so there is something simple to put in front of them? Best, Saskia

Hi both, Thanks Saskia, and thank you for being so open about usage. It helps us make this useful rather than just cheaper. One page summary, as asked: - Growth subscription, held at £44,000 for one more year - 40 licensed users, same connectors as today - Offer open until the contract end on 2 Jul 2026 Rupert, I know you and your colleague will want to weigh it up, and there is no pressure to answer today. If it would help to see what the directors are actually asking the brain, Daniel can walk you through it before you decide. Best, Priya
