What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sofia Marchetti offered herself as senior contact after a call in which the directors were not getting the value expected. Saskia Mendes accepted and said adoption is below what she promised, with some directors using spreadsheets.
Ask: Sofia proposed a half-hour session, ideally with Rupert Lasker, to agree what the directors need to see before client reviews. Daniel Okafor stays day-to-day contact.
Customer view: Saskia is candid that only a fraction of the 40 licences are in regular use. She wants a simpler view for directors and expects Rupert to ask how long the session takes before he agrees to anything.
Next: Saskia offered Thursday or Friday that week and will ask Rupert's office to hold time. Whether Rupert attended is not shown.

- Sofia Marchetti 9 Apr 2026 10:58Hello Saskia, Thank you for your time on the last call. Let's be clear about what I took from it: the client-account directors are not yet getting from the brain what you bought it for, and that is ours to help put right, not something your team should have to carry alone. Here is what I would like to do. Daniel will stay your day to day contact, and I would like to act as the senior point of contact for you and Rupert, so that someone at my level sees the account as a whole and can unblock things quickly. I would like us to sit down together for half an hour, ideally with Rupert, to agree what the directors actually need to see before their client reviews and what we should change to get there. Could you let me know two or three slots that work in the next week or so? I will fit around you. Best regards, Sofia Marchetti Head of Customer Success, BG-Demo
- Saskia Mendes 14 Apr 2026 10:39Hi Sofia, Sorry for the slow reply, last week got away from me. Yes to the call, and thank you for putting your own name on it. I will be straight with you: adoption is not where I said it would be. A fraction of the 40 licences are in regularly, and I know some of the directors still go back to their own spreadsheets before a review. I would rather say that now than have you hear it from someone else. The directors need this, so I do want to fix it, and I want it simpler for them. What did the client actually say, what did we sell them, what is owed. That is the whole ask. Thursday or Friday this week would suit me. I will ask Rupert's office to hold time too, though he will want to know how long it takes before he agrees to anything.
