Daniel Okafor sent notes of a check-in: a little over a dozen of 40 licensed users, five high priority tickets, nothing outstanding on invoices, and a plan for a director session. There is no customer response in the thread.

Ask: this is a BG-Demo summary with a proposal for a session with client-account directors not yet using the brain, built around one of their own clients.

Customer view: only what Daniel reports hearing, that directors need it but some are going back to spreadsheets. Saskia Mendes has not replied in this thread.

Next: Daniel will review the tickets and write separately on the renewal.

Hi Saskia, Thanks again for your time earlier, and for pulling the team together at short notice. Just to close the loop, here are my notes from the call so we both have the same picture. Where things stand: - Usage is moving the right way. The number of people using the brain in a typical month is up on the previous quarter, but it is still only a little over a dozen of the forty licensed users. That is the gap I would like us to work on. - There were five tickets last month and every one was marked high priority. I know that is a lot for a team of your size, and I would rather we understood what sits behind them than treat them as one-offs. I will go through them properly and come back to you by the end of next week with what I find. - Nothing is outstanding on the invoice side, which is one less thing for you to chase. What I heard from you was that the directors need this, but that not all of them have made it part of their routine before a client review. You were candid that some are still going back to the old spreadsheets, and I appreciated that. It helps me far more than a tidy picture would. My suggestion is a short session with the client-account directors who are not yet using it, built around one of their own clients, so they see their vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints in one place. How is the team finding it day to day? If there is a particular director you would like me to start with, tell me and I will plan around them. As you know, the contract runs to 2 Jul 2026, so I would like to have the adoption story in better shape well before the renewal conversation. I will write separately about that. Best wishes, Daniel
