What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Saskia Mendes said usage is up but driven by a handful of people, directors are returning to her team for facts, and part of the data is moving in-house. She asked whether 40 licensed users is still the right shape.
Ask: Daniel Okafor proposed a check-in ahead of the notice period. Saskia accepted and asked for morning slots the following week.
Customer view: she needs to know now whether the brain can still show a director the whole client picture, meaning what the client said, what was invoiced and what was complained about. She also wants to revisit the licensed user count.
Next: Daniel to send slots and prepare an honest answer on coverage after the data move.

- Daniel Okafor 26 Mar 2026 13:20Hi Saskia, I hope the week has been a little calmer. Just to close the loop on the support side: Dominic has written up the connector position with Holly and Anjali, so you should have what you need there. I'd now like to set up a proper check-in with you, ideally with a short list of what the brain is and isn't doing for the directors at the moment. Your contract runs to 2 Jul 2026, so there is time to get this right, but I'd rather we talked it through now than leave it until the notice period. I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a few suggested slots unless you'd prefer to send me yours. If there's anyone else you'd like in the room, tell me and I'll make sure they're invited. How is the team finding it? Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 30 Mar 2026 09:09Daniel, Sorry for the delay, it's been a busy few days. Yes to a check-in. I'll be honest about where we are, as you'd expect. Usage is up, but a fair amount of that is a handful of people, and the rest of the directors are not using it as much as I'd like. Some have gone back to asking my team for the facts. I won't pretend otherwise. The bigger question is the one I flagged before: with part of our data moving in-house, what will the brain still be able to show a director walking into a client review? What did the client actually say, what was invoiced, what has been raised as a complaint? If it can't answer that whole picture, I need to know now so I can plan. We are licensed for 40 users, so I'd also like to talk about whether that is still the right shape for us. I can do any morning next week. Please send the slots. Best, Saskia
