Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor and Saskia Mendes fix the quarterly review for 15:30 on the following day. Saskia wants fewer slides and more of what directors ask the brain, and says Rupert will want to know what he gets from attending.
Ask: Saskia moved the slot from 15:00 to 15:30, accepted Holly and asked for a one-line agenda to forward to Rupert. She wants the time spent on what directors do with the brain, not a tour of features.
Customer view: Rupert's attendance is not committed and depends on seeing value for him. Saskia repeats the earlier request to make things simpler.
Next: Daniel sent the invite to Saskia and Holly, left Rupert off until Saskia has spoken to him, and promised minimal slides with examples from the account.

- Daniel Okafor 26 Feb 2026 14:31Hello Saskia, I hope the week has been kind to you. It is time for our next quarterly review for Delancey Haig, and I'd like to get it into the diary while there is still space. Could we do Tuesday afternoon next week? I was thinking 15:00, for about an hour. That should give us time to look at how the client-account directors are using the brain, what is working well and what you would like it to do that it doesn't yet. If Tuesday doesn't suit, tell me what does and I'll work around you. Please also let me know who you would like to be there. I'd be glad to see Holly, and Rupert too if he has time, since the usage picture is something he will want to see. Just to close the loop, I'll send a calendar invite as soon as you confirm. Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 27 Feb 2026 14:19Hi Daniel, Tuesday works for me, but 15:00 is tight because I have a client review that morning that might run over. Could we say 15:30 instead? Yes to Holly. I'll ask Rupert, but you know what he's like, he'll want to know what he is getting out of it before he commits an hour. Can you send a one-line agenda I can forward him? The directors need this to be useful, so I'd rather we spend the time on what they actually do with it and not on a tour of features. Can we make it simpler this time? Fewer slides, more of what the directors are asking the brain. Best, Saskia > On 26 Feb 2026, at 14:31, Daniel Okafor wrote: > Could we do Tuesday afternoon next week? - Daniel Okafor 2 Mar 2026 10:00Hello Saskia, Thank you, that's very helpful. 15:30 tomorrow it is, and the invite has gone to you and Holly. I've left Rupert's name off until you've spoken to him, so do forward it on if he is able to join. Here is the agenda for him, in a line: how Delancey Haig's teams are using the brain, what the directors ask it most, and what we should focus on over the coming months. I'll keep the slides to a minimum and bring examples from your own account instead. If anything comes up before then, I'm on email. Otherwise, see you tomorrow afternoon. Best wishes, Daniel
