Daniel Okafor's note after a 27 Jan 2026 call with Saskia Mendes: directors who use the brain still find value, but wider team usage has softened. He proposes a usage review and a directors' guide. No customer reply in the thread.

Customer view: As Daniel relays it, Saskia said directors who prepare client reviews with the brain still get real value, and asked for something simpler for occasional users. Only a fraction of the 40 licensed users are active in a typical week.

Next: Daniel will analyse who asks questions by team, draft a practical guide and agree a session with directors who have not tried it. He tied this to the term running to 2 Jul 2026.

There is no customer response in the thread, so Saskia's view is only as Daniel reports it.

Hello Saskia, Thank you for your time on the call. I wanted to send a short note while it is fresh, just to close the loop on what we covered. What I took away: - The directors who use the brain before a client review are still getting real value from it. You gave a good example of a complaint and an invoice dispute showing up side by side, and I will keep that story to hand. - Usage across the wider team has softened a little against last quarter. We have 40 licensed users, and only a fraction of them are active in a typical week. You were straightforward about that, which I appreciate. It is not a problem with the brain itself, as there is nothing open with our support team, so I read it as a habit that has not yet formed for some people. - You asked whether we can make it simpler for the directors who only dip in occasionally. I think we can, and I would like to put some options in front of you. My suggestions for next steps: - I will look at who is and is not asking questions, by team, so we know where the quiet pockets are. - I will draft a short, practical guide for the directors, built around the sort of review they actually walk into. - We then agree a short session with the directors who have not yet tried it. I will come back to you by the end of next week with the usage picture and a draft of the guide. Please tell me if there is anyone you would like me to include or leave out. The current term runs to 2 Jul 2026, so there is time to do this properly. I would rather we spend it making the brain useful to more people than leave it until the summer. How is the team finding it, from your side? I would like to hear it in your words. Best wishes, Daniel
