Daniel Okafor sends notes after a call: monthly users fell over the last quarter, well below the 40 licensed, with no open tickets. He proposes a director working session. No customer response in the thread.

Ask: Daniel reads the fall as a question of habit, not a technical fault. He asks which directors drifted away, whether client pages meet their needs, and whether a working session on one of their clients would help.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so Saskia's position is not recorded here.

Next: Daniel will return in the new year with options for the working session.

Hi Saskia, Thank you for your time on the call, and for being so open about how things are going. Just to close the loop, here are my notes so we are both looking at the same thing. What I'm seeing on our side: the number of people using the brain each month has come down over the last quarter, and it is well below the 40 licensed users on the Growth plan. Nothing is broken. There are no open tickets and nothing is overdue on the account. So this looks to me like a question of habit rather than a technical problem, but I would like to be sure rather than assume. A few things I'd suggest we look at together: - Which directors were using it regularly in the autumn, and which have drifted away - Whether the client pages show what they need before a review, or whether they still go back to the individual systems - Whether a short working session with the directors would help, using one of their own clients You know the directors far better than I do, so please correct me where I have this wrong. I'd rather hear it straight. I'll come back to you in the new year with a couple of options for the working session. Best wishes, Daniel
