What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor asks for an informal check-in; Saskia Mendes replies a week later, agrees and picks early January. Logistical, with a repeated ask to make the brain simpler for directors.
Ask: Daniel wants a relaxed check-in on what works and what is fiddly, plus anything to build into pages or dashboards for the directors.
Customer view: Saskia apologises for the slow reply. She wants to go through what directors actually open and asks whether it can be made simpler for them.
Next: Daniel sends an invite for a Tuesday or Thursday morning in the first or second week of January.

- Daniel Okafor 22 Dec 2025 12:30Hi Saskia, I hope the run-up to Christmas is treating you kindly. I wanted to get a check-in on the diary before the new year takes over, just to see how the team is finding the brain and whether the client-account directors are getting what they need from it. I'm thinking of a relaxed conversation rather than a formal review. I'd like to hear what's working, what's fiddly, and whether there is anything you would like us to build into the pages or dashboards for the directors. Would early in the new year suit you? If you tell me a couple of days that work, I'll come back to you by the end of this week with a confirmed slot. Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 29 Dec 2025 08:56Hi Daniel, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply. It has been a strange week with half the office out. Yes to a check-in. The directors need this to be useful for their client reviews, so I'd like to use the time to go through what they are actually opening. Can we make it simpler for them? That is my main question. The first or second week of January is best for me. Tuesday or Thursday mornings are usually quiet. Send me an invite and I'll move things around.
