As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor proposes early December dates for the quarterly review. Saskia Mendes picks the first week of December, adds an admin colleague and asks for a simpler summary. Mostly logistical.
Ask: Daniel offers the first or second week of December for a one-hour review. Saskia chooses the first week, afternoon, and wants someone from her team who handles admin and connector questions.
Customer view: the directors need the review before the holidays. She wants a simpler summary showing what clients said and where directors found answers faster, so she can repeat it to the board.
Next: Daniel adds her admin colleague to the invite and reshapes the usage summary around her two questions.

- Daniel Okafor 26 Nov 2025 17:26Hello Saskia, Thank you again for your time on our last call. Just to close the loop, I would like to get the next quarterly review into the diary before the year runs out, so that the directors can see how the team is finding it and we can talk about what comes next. I have two ideas. Either the first week of December or the week after, in the afternoon if possible, since I know mornings are busy for your directors. I'm happy to work around whatever suits you, and I can keep it to a focused hour. If it helps, I will pull together a short summary of how the brain is being used across the team, so we are not starting from a blank page. Would you let me know which week is easier, and who you would like in the room? Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 27 Nov 2025 17:57Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. The first week of December works better for us, ideally Tuesday or Thursday afternoon. The directors need this, and I would rather have it before everyone disappears for the holidays. I'd like someone from my team on the call as well, as they look after the admin side and will have questions about the connectors. I'll send you their details so you can add them. One ask: can we make the summary simpler than last time? What did the clients actually say, and where did the directors find the answers faster? That is what I want to be able to repeat to the board. Speak soon, Best, Saskia
