Mostly logistical: Daniel Okafor and Saskia Mendes fixed a check-in for a Thursday afternoon. Saskia volunteered that not everyone has been logging in over the summer and asked to discuss making it simpler for directors.

Ask: Saskia agreed to a catch-up and wanted it to cover how to make the brain easier for the directors to pick up again.

Customer view: She was candid that logins dropped over the summer and did not want it dressed up. She framed the autumn reviews as the reason it needs to work smoothly.

Next: Daniel set an invite for 14:30 and offered to look at what named directors have been asking before the call.

Hi Saskia, I hope the week has started well. I'd like to get our next check-in in the diary, just to close the loop on how the team is finding the brain since the summer break. Nothing heavy on my side. I'd like to hear how the client-account directors are using it in their reviews, whether anything has been getting in the way, and what you'd like more of from us. Half an hour would do it. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit you later this week or early next? I'm flexible, and I'm happy to work around your client calendar. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Yes, good timing. The directors need this to be working smoothly going into the autumn reviews, so a catch-up is useful. Thursday afternoon is best for me, anything after 14:00. Friday morning also works if Thursday doesn't suit you. One honest note: not everyone has been logging in as much as I'd like over the summer. I don't want to dress that up. It would help to talk about how to make it simpler for the directors to pick it up again. Best, Saskia

Hi Saskia, Thank you, and thanks for being so straight about the summer. That's very useful to know before we speak, and it's exactly what I'd hoped we would cover. Thursday afternoon works well for me. I'll send an invite for 14:30 so you have it in your calendar, and I'll come back to you by the end of today if anything changes on my side. If it helps, tell me which directors you'd most like to bring back in. I can look at what they've been asking and come with a few ideas rather than a general walk-through. Best wishes, Daniel
