Saskia Mendes agrees to a half-hour check-in and asks for it to be simpler. She admits a few directors are still not opening the brain as often as she would like.

Ask: Daniel wanted a half-hour check-in. Saskia suggested Tuesday or Thursday morning and asked for fewer slides and more on what directors actually do with it.

Customer view: She was candid that some directors use it less than she wants, after a client review that "went sideways".

Next: Daniel to confirm a slot and shape the session around director behaviour.

Hi Saskia, Thank you again for your time on our last call. Just to close the loop on that conversation, I'd like to get our next check-in in the diary so it doesn't drift. I'm thinking of a short session, about half an hour, to see how the team is finding it and whether the client-account directors are getting what they need from the brain. I'd also like to hear what is and isn't working for you day to day, so please bring anything that has been niggling. Could you let me know a couple of slots that suit you over the next week or two? Mornings tend to be easiest on my side, but I'll work around you. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy couple of days with a client review that went sideways. Happy to do a check-in. Next Tuesday or Thursday morning would work, either side of eleven. Can we keep it to half an hour and make it simpler than last time? Fewer slides, more of what the directors actually do with it. I'll be honest, a few of them are still not opening it as often as I'd like. I'd rather we talk about that than skip past it.
