What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rupert Lasker, CFO, agreed to talk about the Growth renewal but first asked what Delancey Haig is using and what it costs. Daniel Okafor answered with £42k for 40 users and offered a call with usage detail.
Ask: Rupert wanted the usage and annual cost before booking anything. He is testing value before he commits time.
Customer view: Daniel gave £42k for 40 licensed users and said plainly that usage was steady rather than growing fast. He offered Saskia Mendes as an advocate on the call.
Next: Daniel proposed Thursday or Friday that week. The thread holds no further reply from Rupert, so no call is confirmed.

- Daniel Okafor 16 May 2025 10:19Dear Rupert, I hope you're well. I'm the Customer Success Manager for Delancey Haig, and I've been working closely with Saskia over the past year. Your Growth contract runs to 2 Jul 2025, so I'd like to find half an hour with you in the next couple of weeks to talk about the renewal. I'd bring a short summary of how the brain is being used and what it has done for the client-account directors, so you have the facts in front of you. Would you let me know a day that suits you? I'm happy to work around your diary. Best wishes, Daniel
- Rupert Lasker 20 May 2025 09:24Daniel, Thanks for the note. Happy to talk, but before we book anything: what are we actually using? And remind me of the annual cost. Rupert
- Daniel Okafor 21 May 2025 10:14Hi Rupert, Of course. The annual cost under your current Growth contract is £41,800, which covers 40 licensed users. On what you're using: a regular group of directors and operations people are asking the brain questions, mostly to see a client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints in one place before a review. Usage has been steady rather than growing fast this quarter, and I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up. Support has been quiet, with only the one ticket in the last month. What I'd like to do on the call is show you the actual questions and which clients they relate to, so you can judge whether it pays for itself. Saskia has also been a strong advocate on the team's side, and I'm happy for her to join if you'd find that useful. I'm free on Thursday or Friday this week if either suits. Otherwise, tell me what works for you and I'll fit in. Best wishes, Daniel
