What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Logistical thread. Rupert Lasker agreed to a half-hour renewal call on a Wednesday at 14:00 and asked for the usage summary beforehand, preferring questions to slides. Daniel Okafor promised it by Friday.
Ask: Rupert wants to read the usage summary first so the call is spent on questions. He holds the half hour firmly.
Customer view: businesslike and engaged, with no stated objection. His preference points to scrutiny of who is actually using the brain.
Next: Daniel sends the invitation and the summary, covering who is asking questions, how that has changed and what is fixed or open.

- Daniel Okafor 8 Apr 2025 11:06Hello Rupert, Thank you for your note last week. Just to close the loop, I would like to find a time for us to go through the usage summary together and talk about the renewal. Your current term runs to 2 Jul 2025, so there is plenty of room, but I would rather not leave it to the last minute. I am thinking of a call of about half an hour. Would sometime next week suit? I can be flexible on the day and time. How is the team finding it at the moment? Best wishes, Daniel
- Rupert Lasker 8 Apr 2025 12:14Daniel, Half an hour is fine, provided it is half an hour. Wednesday afternoon would work for me, or Thursday morning if that is better for you. Can you send the usage summary beforehand so I can read it first? I would rather spend the call asking questions than being walked through slides. Rupert
- Daniel Okafor 8 Apr 2025 14:44Rupert, That is helpful, thank you. Let's go with Wednesday afternoon, and I will send an invitation for 14:00 shortly. If that time does not work once you have looked at your diary, just tell me and I will move it. I will send the usage summary by the end of this week, so you have it well ahead of the call. It will be short, with a page on who is asking questions and how that has changed over the year, and a note of anything we have fixed or have still open for you. I will come back to you by Friday with it. Best wishes, Daniel
