Daniel Okafor gave Rupert Lasker early notice of the Growth renewal on 2 Jul 2025. Rupert asked for a usage summary and which of two figures, £42k or £44k, he is being asked to sign. The thread ends on his question.

Ask: Rupert wants to see which client-account directors use the brain regularly, and suspects it is the same few people. He also wants the annual cost stated clearly.

Customer view: he is courteous but sceptical. The email gave a current contracted annual value of £42k and a renewal open at £44k as the deal total, and he found two numbers confusing.

Next: there is no reply to his question in the thread. A clear answer and the usage summary are needed before the 9 Jun 2025 target.

Dear Rupert, I hope you are well. I am writing, as promised when we set the brain up, to give you early notice that your Growth subscription comes up for renewal on 2 Jul 2025. You joined us on 3 Jul 2024, so it has nearly been a full year already, which I confess has gone quickly. A few things to have in front of you: - Your current contracted annual value is £41,800, covering 40 licensed users. - The renewal is open in our system at £44,000 as the deal total, and we would like to have it settled by 9 Jun 2025 so there is no pressure on either side nearer the date. - Usage has grown quarter on quarter, and your client-account directors are asking the brain more questions than they were at the start of the year. Only one support ticket in the last month, which is a good sign. I have copied Priya, who looked after the original agreement, so that she is aware of the timetable. Would it help if I put together a short summary of how the team is using it, so you can see the value before we talk about terms? Just to close the loop, I would rather you had the full picture than a sales pitch. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo

Daniel, Thanks for the early notice. Appreciated. A summary would be useful, yes. What are we actually using? I would like to see which of the client-account directors are in there regularly and which are not. I suspect it is the same few people. Also, remind me of the annual cost, please. Your note has two numbers and I want to be sure which one I am being asked to sign.
