Customer view: Saskia says the team finds it good and users are telling the others. She names directors on the biggest contractor accounts as the next group.
Ask: she wants a simpler client view showing what the client said and what is open. She also wants the renewal discussed early.
Next: Daniel sketches a leaner page without promising a date, and meets Saskia well before 2 Jul 2025.

- Daniel Okafor 4 Mar 2025 11:56Hello Saskia, Thank you for your time on the QBR call. I wanted to close the loop while it is still fresh. The main things I took away: usage is clearly up on last quarter, and more of your client-account directors are opening a client's page before a review rather than after it. That is the behaviour you built this for, so well done to you and the team. You have 40 licensed users on Growth, so there is plenty of room for more directors and their teams to come on board. Two things from the call that I will pick up on our side: the questions you had about getting complaints and invoices to sit more clearly alongside vacancies and placements, and what a simple view for the directors might look like. I'll come back to you with some options. On your side, would you be able to tell me which directors you would most like to bring in next? I would like to look at their accounts first. How is the team finding it day to day? Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 7 Mar 2025 09:05Hi Daniel, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply. Busy week. The team are finding it good. The directors need this, and the ones using it are telling the others, which helps more than anything I could say. On who to bring in next: I would start with the directors who handle our biggest contractor accounts, because that is where invoice disputes tend to bite. I will send you names early next week. One ask. Can we make the client view simpler? Some of the directors only want to see what the client actually said and what is open. They do not want to hunt for it. Also, the renewal is not far off now. I would rather we talked about it properly than left it to the last minute. Best, Saskia
- Daniel Okafor 10 Mar 2025 12:14Hello Saskia, No need to apologise, that all sounds right to me. I like starting with the directors who handle the contractor accounts. Send the names when you have them and I will look at how each of their accounts is set up, so that the first thing they see is useful. On simplifying the client view, I will put together a short sketch of a leaner page showing what the client has said and what is still open, and share it with you for a reaction. I won't promise a date until I have talked to the team, but I'll come back to you by the end of this week with a clearer picture. On the renewal, agreed. The contract runs to 2 Jul 2025, so we have time, but I would be glad to sit down with you well before then and look at what has changed since you started. Let me know when suits. Best wishes, Daniel
