Daniel Okafor books the Growth quarterly review. Saskia Mendes reports more people in the brain since the question sheet went round, says the helpdesk question is resolved, and asks for the usage picture beforehand.

Ask: Daniel proposes a quarterly review covering usage, a recent helpdesk question and future needs. He invites directors to join.

Customer view: Saskia says it is early days but better, and some directors used the brain in a review unprompted. She will ask two directors to join the first part.

Next: Daniel sends the usage picture before the review.

Hi Saskia, It's time for our quarterly review, so I'm writing to find a slot. As Growth customers you get one each quarter, and I would like this one to be useful rather than a box ticked. I'd like to cover three things. First, how usage has been moving since we spoke in January, because I think there is some encouraging news there. Second, the one question you sent to the helpdesk recently and whether it was dealt with to your satisfaction. Third, what you would like from the brain over the next few months, so I can plan around it. It would be good to have anyone from the client-account directors who would like to join, even for part of it. Last time I think the conversation was richer when a director could say what they actually do before a review. How does next week look? I'll come back to you with options if it's easier. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Good timing. Yes, I've noticed more people in there since the question sheet went round, a couple of the directors have even told me they used it in a review last week without being asked. Early days, but it's better. The helpdesk question was sorted quickly, thanks. Nothing outstanding on that. Next week works. Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning are both fine for me. I'll ask two of the directors if they can join for the first part. Can you send over the usage picture beforehand so I'm not seeing it cold?
