What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26After the quarterly review Rupert Lasker, the CFO, welcomes rising use and no tickets. He asks for the annual cost next to usage and tests value against directors' time and disputes caught early.
Ask: Rupert wants the usage summary and a reminder of the annual cost, so he can read the two together. The thread does not state the figure.
Customer view: he is positive on direction, but sets a value test of directors' time and client disputes caught early.
Contract: Daniel notes the term runs to 2 Jul 2025 and copies Priya Raman, so the CFO's cost question is an early renewal signal.

- Daniel Okafor 5 Dec 2024 10:51Hello all, Thank you for your time on the review. I wanted to put the main points in writing so we all have the same picture. Where things stand: - Active use has grown steadily since go-live, and it has roughly doubled compared with the previous quarter. - You have 40 licensed users on the Growth plan, so there is plenty of room for more of the client-account directors to come on board. - There have been no support tickets in the last month and no overdue invoices, which is what we like to see. What we agreed: - Saskia will look at which directors are not yet using the brain and encourage them to try it before their next client review. - Holly will let me know if any source systems change on your side, so we can keep the data fresh. - I will send a short usage summary that Rupert can read in a couple of minutes. Priya is copied in case anything about the contract is useful to discuss. The current term runs to 2 Jul 2025, so there is time, but I would like us to talk about what you want from it well before then. Just to close the loop, please tell me if I have missed anything. Best wishes, Daniel
- Rupert Lasker 6 Dec 2024 09:04Daniel, Thanks, this is clear and useful. Good to see usage moving in the right direction, and no tickets is welcome. I would like the usage summary as you suggested, and I will want to see how it connects to the directors' time and to client disputes caught early. That is the test for me. Remind me of the annual cost, so I have it next to the usage when I look at this? Rupert
