Saskia Mendes agrees to a first quarterly review with Rupert and Holly. She asks for a short cost-and-return version for Rupert and cites a director who caught a client issue using the brain.

Ask: Daniel Okafor wants an hour-long review under the Growth plan with Rupert for the commercial picture and Holly for connectors. Saskia agrees and prefers Tuesday or Thursday afternoons.

Customer view: she says the directors need this to keep going, and Rupert will want what they use, what it costs and what it gives back.

Next: Daniel sends two options and Saskia picks one the same day.

Hello Saskia, Thank you for your time on our recent call. Just to close the loop, I would like to get your first quarterly business review in the diary. It is part of the Growth plan, and I think it will be a useful moment to look at how the directors are using the brain and what you would like it to do next. I was thinking of about an hour, ideally with Rupert and Holly joining, as Rupert will want the commercial picture and Holly knows the connectors better than anyone. Would sometime in the next couple of weeks suit? If you let me know which days work best for you, I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a time that fits everyone. How is the team finding it at the moment? I would love to hear anything you have been noticing before we sit down. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply. Last week was a scramble. Yes to the review, and yes to Rupert and Holly. The directors need this to keep going, so the more of them who see it the better. Can we make it simpler for Rupert, though? He will want the short version: what we are using, what it costs, what it gives us back. The days that work best for me are Tuesday or Thursday afternoons, and I will check with Holly and Rupert's office today so we are not going round in circles. If you can send two options, I will pick one the same day. One story for the agenda: one of our client-account directors pulled up a client's complaints and invoices side by side before a call last week and caught something we would have missed. I will tell you the rest when we meet. Best, Saskia
