Daniel Okafor sends written notes after the check-in: directors use the brain before client reviews and want complaints and invoices in one client view. No customer response in the thread.

Ask: the directors want complaint and invoice history easier to reach from a single client view. Daniel commits to options by the end of the following week and a short guide to useful questions.

Customer view: the notes relay what the directors said in the room, with no customer reply in the thread to confirm or correct them.

Contract: Daniel mentions 40 licensed users and an agreement to 2 Jul 2025, framed as plenty of time.

Hello Saskia, Thank you again for making the time on Friday, and for bringing the directors along. It was really helpful to hear from them first-hand. Here are my notes, so you have them in writing and can correct anything I have misremembered. What we heard - The directors are using the brain before client reviews to see vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together, which is what you bought it for. - Usage has grown a good deal since go-live, and more of the directors are asking questions of it themselves rather than waiting for someone in operations. - They would like complaint and invoice history to be easier to reach from a single client view. You asked, quite rightly, whether we can make it simpler. What we will do - I will look at how the client view is set up today and come back to you by the end of next week with options for bringing complaints and invoices closer together. - I will send the directors a short guide to the questions that other customers find most useful before a review. It will be brief, I promise. - We will agree the next check-in once you have seen the options. On the contract side, you have 40 licensed users and the agreement runs to 2 Jul 2025, so there is plenty of time. I only mention it so that you know we are keeping an eye on the adoption picture well ahead of any renewal conversation. Just to close the loop: if I have missed anything the directors said, reply and I will add it. Best wishes, Daniel
