Ask: Daniel Okafor proposed a half-hour check-in on Friday at 11:00 and invited others from client operations. Saskia accepted straight away.
Customer view: Saskia says the directors want complaints and invoice history together, and she would rather hear their views from them directly.
Next: Daniel has sent the invite and will bring usage data. The directors' wish is a product request to carry into the Growth plan conversation.

I would like to book our next check-in so we can look at how the team is finding the brain now that it has had a few months of real use. Would later this week suit you? I have some space on Friday morning, say 11:00, but I am happy to work around your diary. It would be about half an hour, and if there are people you would like to bring along, please do. I would be glad to see who else from client operations is keen to join. They keep telling me they want to see more of the complaints and invoice history in one place, so it is a good moment to talk about that. I have sent the invite for Friday at 11:00 and it should be in your calendar now. It will be very helpful to hear from the directors directly. I will pull together what we have seen on the usage side beforehand so we are not starting from a blank page, and I will keep it short.
