What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Saskia Mendes agreed to a check-in with Daniel Okafor. She says some directors rave about the brain and others are not using it at all, and she wants the usage summary and no slide deck.
Ask: Saskia wants a practical session on how to get the quiet directors started. She wants to see who is asking questions and who is not.
Customer view: she is candid that adoption is mixed but says the directors need the brain.
Next: Daniel brings the usage summary to a Thursday morning slot before 11:00 next week.

- Daniel Okafor 27 Sep 2024 13:26Hi Saskia, I hope the week has been kind to you. Now that the team has had a few weeks with the brain, I'd like to find some time for a proper check-in, just to close the loop on how the rollout is going and what you'd like from us over the coming months. How is the team finding it? I'd particularly like to hear how the client-account directors are getting on, and whether anything in the training has left questions behind. Could you do half an hour next week? Mornings are best for me, and I'm happy to work around your diary. If it's useful, I can bring a short summary of how the usage has been moving so we have something concrete to look at together. Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 30 Sep 2024 16:18Hi Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, it was a busy end to the week. Yes to a check-in. Short version of where we are: a good number of the directors are using it properly and a couple of them rave about it. Others are still not in there at all, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. The directors need this, so I'd like to talk about how we get the quiet ones going. Thursday morning next week works for me, any time before 11:00. Please do bring the usage summary. It would help me to see who is asking questions and who isn't. Can we make the session simple and practical? I don't want a slide deck, just the facts. Best, Saskia
