As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman sent the Growth order form showing a total deal value of £54k and asked for signature by 19 Jun 2024. Rupert Lasker, CFO, would not commit to that date and asked how much is annual and how much one-off.
Ask: Priya wanted the Growth order form signed by Wednesday 19 Jun 2024 to start implementation planning.
Customer view: Rupert will not sign until he has been through it with his finance team. He wants the annual commitment separated from the one-off element of the £54k.
Next: the thread shows no reply to his question. The answer needs to split the subscription from the implementation fee.

- Priya Raman 17 Jun 2024 15:40Hi Rupert, Thank you for your time over the last few weeks. The Growth order form for Delancey Haig is ready for your signature. The total deal value on it is £53,800. To keep momentum, if we can get this signed by Wednesday 19 Jun 2024, we can start planning the implementation straight away and get your client-account directors onto the brain as early as possible. Happy to make this easy: if you have any questions on the wording, send them over or I can pick up the phone with you or your finance team. Best, Priya Priya Raman Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Rupert Lasker 18 Jun 2024 09:44Priya, Thanks. I've had a look. I'm not going to sign until I've been through it properly with our finance team, so I can't promise Wednesday. Before I do, can you remind me how much of the £53,800 is the annual cost and how much is one-off? I want to be clear what we are committing to each year.
