What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the QBR call, Daniel Okafor wrote up a usage dip across the 200 licensed users, branch teams reverting to spreadsheets, and four tickets in a month. No customer response in the thread.
Ask: Daniel proposed a session with Deepa and credit control to find which branches have gone quiet, and promised a plain summary of the four tickets, two of them high priority.
Customer view: Not shown, as there is no customer response in the thread. Daniel records that Deepa said some branch teams have gone back to their own spreadsheets.
Next: Lewis Kerr was copied ahead of the February 2027 renewal, with nothing asked of Deepa on it today.

- Daniel Okafor 11 Aug 2026 16:12Hi Deepa, Thank you for your time on the call today, and for bringing the right people along. I wanted to put a few things in writing, just to close the loop. First, what we looked at together. Active usage across the 200 licensed users has dipped compared with last quarter, and it was good that you were open about it rather than letting it sit. You mentioned that some of the branch teams have gone back to their own spreadsheets when a trade account looks odd. That is exactly the habit the brain is meant to replace, so I would like to understand where it is happening before we guess at causes. Second, the tickets. There have been four in the last month, two of them high priority. I will go through each one with our support engineers and send you a plain summary of what was raised, what was fixed and what is still open. I would rather you heard it from me than found it in the helpdesk. Third, a suggestion. Could we sit down with you, and with someone from credit control if you can bring them, to look at which branches have gone quiet? You always ask "which account, which branch?", and I think the answer will tell us more than the totals do. I have copied Lewis so he is aware of the conversation ahead of the renewal in February 2027. Nothing is being asked of you on that today. How is the team finding it at the moment? Please be candid, it helps me far more than a polite answer. I'll come back to you once I have been through the tickets with the engineers. Best wishes, Daniel
