After the review call Malcolm Ridgway questioned what usage is steady against and asked how many of 200 licences are active each week. He wants it in writing for the board. Value risk ahead of renewal.

Ask: Malcolm wants weekly active people against the 200 licences, with the base, plus questions asked, before the end of next week. He also asks what an unused licence costs.

Customer view: he accepts the note as accurate but is preparing to show the board what £128k buys.

Next: Daniel committed to usage against seats in writing. Lewis Kerr is copied for the renewal conversation and will not call anyone before then.

Hello all, Thank you for your time on the review call. I promised a short written note, so here it is, mainly so we all hold the same version. Where we are: - The connectors have loaded as expected and Tariq has nothing open with us. There have been no tickets in the last few weeks. - Usage is steady quarter on quarter. Questions are being asked across more than one team, which is what we hoped for with Enterprise. - The contract runs to 27 Feb 2027, at £127,500 a year for 200 licensed users. Nothing has changed there, and the invoices are all up to date. What I took away: - Malcolm would like the usage set against the licensed seats, with the base shown. - Deepa would like a view of how credit control and key-account teams use the same account record. - Tariq will tell Deepa before any mapping changes. I'll come back to you by the end of next week with the usage against seats in writing. Lewis is copied so he has the commercial picture ahead of the renewal conversation, and he will not be calling anyone about it before then. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thanks. The note is accurate. One addition. You say usage is steady. Steady against what? Of the 200 licences, how many people are in the brain each week? I need that number and its base. The price is £127,500. I want to be able to show the board what that buys. Put it in writing, with the seats and the questions asked, before the end of next week. And the cost of an unused licence is? Malcolm Ridgway
