What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26After the 27 Feb 2026 check-in, Daniel Okafor's notes put usage up and inside 200 licensed users. Deepa Chauhan confirmed them and will pass a commercial summary to Malcolm, who will not answer quickly.
Customer view: Deepa wants to keep the current arrangement under review before anything changes. She warns that Malcolm will read the schedule in full before saying anything and wants any percentage shown next to its base.
Next: Daniel promised the commercial summary by 3 Mar 2026 and is asked to join the first twenty minutes of credit control's account-data review.
The evidence does not show whether the summary was sent or what Malcolm decided.

- Daniel Okafor 27 Feb 2026 14:59Hello Deepa, Thank you for your time this morning, and for bringing credit control along. It was good to hear from them directly. Here are my notes, so you can correct anything I've got wrong. 1. Usage. Activity is up on last quarter and sits comfortably inside the 200 licensed users. The growth is coming from the teams who use the account view in their daily routine, which is what you were hoping for when you sponsored it. 2. Tickets. We went through the couple of tickets raised in the last month. Neither was serious, and it is reassuring that there is nothing urgent open. 3. Next term. You'd like to keep the current arrangement under review before anything changes. As a reference point, the subscription as contracted is £116,500 a year. I'll put together a short commercial summary for Malcolm, with the schedule attached so he can read it in full. 4. Credit control. You'd like them to join the monthly account-data review with the regional directors. I'll work out with you how best to show them the dispute and invoice views. I'll come back to you by Tuesday 3 March 2026 with the summary. Best wishes, Daniel
- Deepa Chauhan 3 Mar 2026 09:19Hi Daniel, Thanks for the notes, and for turning them round so quickly on Friday. They match my own, so nothing to correct. On the commercial summary, I'll pass it to Malcolm as soon as it arrives. He will want the schedule and will read it before he says anything, so please don't expect a quick answer. Put the base next to any percentage and he will be a lot happier. I've asked credit control to hold a slot in the next account-data review. If you can join for the first twenty minutes and show them the account view, that would be ideal. Thanks, Deepa
