Ask: Lewis sent the order form on 13 Feb 2026, co-termed to the term ending 27 Feb 2026, with a target of 17 Feb 2026. Users stay at 200.

Customer view: Malcolm replied on 16 Feb 2026 that he will not take a total without the base. He wants to know what recurs each year and a sentence on freshness he can show his board.

Next: Tuesday is possible only if he has both answers the next morning. The thread does not show a reply or a signature, so the order form is an open item.

Dear Malcolm, Further to the conversations with Daniel, I am sending over the order form for your Enterprise renewal for signature. It is co-termed to your renewal, so it picks up from the end of your current term on 27 Feb 2026 without a gap. To put a number on it, the order form total is £127,500, exclusive of VAT. Your current contracted annual subscription is £116,500, and the schedule shows the licensed users at 200, unchanged. The schedule sets out the service levels as they stand today, including the freshness commitment and the credits that go with it, so you can compare them line by line with the existing terms. The target is to have it signed by Tuesday 17 Feb 2026 so that nothing is left to the last week. I know you will want to read the schedule properly, and I would rather you did. If anything is unclear, tell me which clause and I will answer in writing. I'll send that over today to anyone in your team who needs a copy, if you give me their names. Kind regards, Lewis

Lewis, I have read the schedule. Two points. First, the total of £127,500 against the £116,500 we pay now. What is in the difference? Implementation, subscription, add-ons? I do not take a total without the base. Put the breakdown in writing, line by line, and say which part recurs each year. Second, the service levels. I want the freshness commitment and the credit confirmed as unchanged, in a sentence I can show our board, not left to me to infer from the schedule. I have not signed and will not until I have both. Tuesday is possible if I have them tomorrow morning. Malcolm Ridgway
