Daniel Okafor's notes show daily use down against 200 licensed users, with no weighty tickets. Deepa Chauhan said she is concerned too and wants to see where the drop sits before the 27 Feb 2026 term end.

Ask: Daniel asked which teams have drifted away and what BG-Demo could do to help. He noted that some branch managers are going back to their own spreadsheets.

Customer view: Deepa shares the concern and does not think the time of year explains it all. She wants the data first, by account and branch, and whether credit control uses the brain for disputes.

Next: Daniel promised suggestions in the first week back, with credit control in the room.

Hello Deepa, Thank you for making time to talk. I wanted to put my notes in writing so we are both looking at the same thing, and so I can close the loop on what we agreed. What I took from the call: - Activity in the brain has come down over the last few weeks. The number of people using it each day is noticeably lower than in the autumn, and well below what I would expect from 200 licensed users. - There have been no tickets of any weight, so it doesn't look like a technical problem. That makes me more curious about what is behind it. - You mentioned that some branch managers are going back to their own spreadsheets, and that the regional directors have not had a reason to open the account view recently. I don't want to read too much into a holiday period, but I'd rather we looked at it now than at the end of February, when your term ends on 27 Feb 2026. Could you tell me which teams you think have drifted away from it, and whether there is anything I or Tariq could do to make it easier for them? How is the team finding it, honestly? I'll come back to you in the first week back with a few suggestions. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for writing it up, that matches my memory of the call. I'll be straight with you: I am concerned too. Part of it is the time of year, but I don't think that explains all of it. Three things I would want us to look at: - Which account, which branch? I would like to see where the drop is concentrated before we decide anything, rather than assume it is everywhere. - Whether the monthly account-data review has been giving the regional directors enough reason to go into the brain, or whether they are still being sent separate reports. - Whether credit control are using it for disputes, or only sales. I would rather we didn't turn this into a question of who has or hasn't been using it. It is a data question first. Show me where those numbers come from and we can have a sensible conversation with the regions. Let's get credit control in the room when we meet. Please do send your suggestions in the first week back.
