What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Malcolm Ridgway accepted a renewal call on Thursday at 09:00 but set the terms: half an hour, numbers only, no feature walkthrough, and the schedule in writing beforehand.
Ask: Daniel Okafor asked for a call to go through the renewal schedule, with Lewis for pricing. Malcolm chose Thursday at 09:00, before the branch managers' calls.
Customer view: He knows the product and wants the cost, the base for it and what he can show the board. A feature pitch would not suit him.
Next: The schedule must reach him in writing before the call, and Lewis should attend. The thread does not show the call being held.

- Daniel Okafor 4 Dec 2025 16:50Dear Malcolm, I hope the week has been kind to you. Just following up on the renewal notice I sent last week, because I would like to get a call in the diary to go through the renewal with you. Your contract runs to 27 Feb 2026, so there is plenty of time, but the schedule Lewis has prepared is easier to talk through than to trade by email, and I would rather we did not leave it to the new year when everyone is catching up. Would sometime next week suit? I could do Tuesday or Thursday, mornings or afternoons, whichever is easier for you. If it helps, I will keep it short and keep it to the commercial terms and what the brain has delivered for your teams, and I will bring Lewis along for the pricing questions. If next week is difficult, say so and I will find another gap. I will come back to you by tomorrow morning to confirm whatever we agree. Best wishes, Daniel
- Malcolm Ridgway 4 Dec 2025 19:23Daniel, Thursday. 09:00 if you can, before the branch managers' calls start. Half an hour at most. Numbers only, no walkthrough of features. I have seen the product and I know what it does. What I need is the cost, the base for it, and what I can show the board. Bring Lewis. Have the schedule in front of me beforehand, in writing, so I can read it first. Malcolm Ridgway
