Time for a check-in?

Hi Deepa, I hope the week has been kind to you. Just to close the loop on where we left things last time, I'd like to get a check-in in the diary for the next couple of weeks, so we can look at how the brain is being used across the branches and the key-account teams and hear what is working and what is not. It doesn't need to be long. I'd be happy with forty minutes or so, and I can work around your monthly account-data review if that is easier. If it helps, bring anyone from credit control or the regional side who would like to be there, and I'll make sure I have the usage picture ready for them. How is the team finding it at the moment? I'd rather hear that from you directly before I look at any numbers. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit? I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a confirmed slot. Daniel, The one thing I need from this call is a clear view of how the account pages are being used by the branch managers, as opposed to the head office teams. That is where I keep getting asked questions, and I would like to show people where the numbers come from. On timing: Tuesday or Thursday afternoon works for me, ideally after 14:00. Wednesday is taken up by the account-data review. I would like to get credit control in the room for this one, so give me a day or two to check their diaries and I will confirm which of the two suits them. One more thing. Could you send me a short summary of usage by team beforehand? Which team, which branch, if you can split it that way. If not, the team level is fine.
