Scheduling thread for the quarterly review, 1 Aug 2025 to 5 Aug 2025. Deepa Chauhan wants credit control present and asks where the usage numbers come from. Tariq has connector questions. Thursday 10:00 was pencilled in.

Ask: Deepa Chauhan agreed to Thursday or Friday morning and asked for credit control to attend, because they can say whether the account view matches the ledger. She also asked Daniel Okafor to show the source of the usage numbers.

Customer view: She wants figures she can give the regional directors without hedging. Tariq has a couple of connector questions, which are not detailed in this thread.

Next: Daniel pencilled in Thursday at 10:00, will send the invitation and will walk through the source of each usage number.

Hi Deepa, Thank you for your time on the call earlier this week. Just to close the loop, I'd like to get the next quarterly review into the diary while people still have some space before September. I'd suggest an hour with you, Tariq and whoever from the key-account and credit-control side you think should be there. I can bring the usage picture since go-live, which I think you'll like: the number of people asking questions has grown a good deal, and I'd like to show you which branches are driving it. Could you let me know which days suit you in the next couple of weeks? Mornings are easiest for me, but I'll fit around your account-data review if that is the better anchor. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply, it has been a long day. Three things from me. First, Thursday or Friday next week would work, ideally the morning, before the branch managers start ringing. Second, I would like credit control in the room, since they are the ones who will tell us whether the account view matches the ledger. Third, could you show me where the usage numbers come from, so I can explain them to the regional directors without hedging? I'll check with Tariq on his availability as well. He has a couple of connector questions he would like to raise, so please leave a little time for those. Thanks, Deepa

Hi Deepa, That's very helpful, thank you. Thursday morning works for me, so let's pencil in 10:00 and I'll send the invitation to you and Tariq today. If credit control can join, please forward it on and I'll add them. On the usage numbers, I'll walk you through the source for each one, so you can take them to the regional directors with confidence. I'll leave time at the end for Tariq's connector questions. How is the team finding it at branch level? Anything you'd like me to listen out for before Thursday, just let me know. Best wishes, Daniel
