What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nell Ashcombe invited Gareth Pugh, Head of IT Security, to the BG-Demo stand at the London data leaders conference on Wed 13 Mar 2024. Event outreach only. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Nell offered a stand visit or, failing that, a call, and pitched on security. She stressed that B-Glass runs inside the customer's own Snowflake account.
Customer view: Gareth did not reply, so the evidence does not show his interest or whether he attended.
Next: The security angle suits the review that Enterprise buyers run. A follow-up call offer would be the natural next move, but the thread records none.

- Nell Ashcombe 6 Mar 2024 13:14Dear Gareth, We have a stand at the data leaders conference in London on Wednesday 13 Mar 2024, and I'd like to invite you to stop by if you're attending or can get down for the day. I'm writing to you in particular because security questions tend to decide whether a tool like ours gets anywhere in a company of your size. The short version of how we work: B-Glass is built and run inside the customer's own Snowflake account, so the data stays in an environment you already govern. That is easier to say than to prove, and I'd rather you tested it on me in person than took my word for it. If you come, I'll be on the stand for much of the day and happy to go through how access, connectors and the review process work. Bring the awkward questions. Those are the useful ones, and I would rather hear them early. If you can't make it, I'm glad to arrange a call instead, whichever suits you better. Kind regards, Nell Ashcombe Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, BG-Demo
