Ask: Asif Jagger, Chief Financial Officer, accepted the quote with "Fine by us" and asked what payment options exist. Hugh Firth only checked that the four-week implementation runs from kickoff.
Customer view: no pushback on the £26k figure quoted in this email. The finance interest in payment terms is the one open commercial point.
Next: Tom needs to answer on payment terms and send the order form. Standard terms are annual in advance, quarterly on request, 30-day terms; the thread does not show what was offered.
