Customer view: usage figures showed the account managers using the brain, which was what he needed to see before adding planners. He called the co-term to January sensible.

Money: £4,405 plus VAT is the value of this expansion, not a change to the annual subscription price.

Next: confirm the seats are live and tell Rajesh who guides the planners on logging in.

Rajesh, Following our conversation, I attach the order form for the additional users on Harrowden's Growth subscription. It adds twenty users on top of the current 40, co-termed to your renewal on 4 Jan 2027, so there is nothing new to diarise for next year. To put a number on it, the order form total is £4,405 plus VAT. That is the value of this expansion, not a change to your annual subscription price, which stays as it is under the existing agreement. If you are happy with it, could you sign and return it by Wednesday? I'll send that over to our finance team the same day so the invoice follows promptly and the extra seats can be switched on. If you want to see the current usage against the licence before you sign, say so and I'll send the figures across today. Kind regards, Lewis

Lewis, Thank you. I went through the usage figures Gemma shared earlier this week. The account managers are clearly using it, and that is what I needed to see before adding my planners. Signed order form attached. The co-term to January is sensible and keeps the cost per head clean against the existing licence. Please confirm once the seats are live and who should tell the planners how to log in. Regards, Rajesh
