- Rachel Dunmore 1 Oct 2026 15:56Dear Ronan, Please find attached invoice INV-008-0002 for Ardcarne Life Assurance, for your records. The details are as follows: - Invoice number: INV-008-0002 - Issued: 1 Oct 2026 - Due: 31 Oct 2026 - Net amount: £125,000 - VAT: £0 - Gross amount: £125,000 This is the annual subscription for the Enterprise tier, covering 150 licensed users, with the contract running to 30 Sep 2027. Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference so that it is matched correctly on our side. Could you confirm the PO number, if your procurement team requires one on the invoice? If so, I will reissue it with the number added before the due date. If your accounts payable team needs anything else to set us up as a supplier, please send me their contact and I will deal with them directly. Please let me know if anything on the invoice does not match what was agreed in the order form, and I will look at it straight away. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
