Ask: none. This is a closing notice on the evaluation of a client-services view of hospital clients, sent by the Procurement Director.
Customer view: the security team's note on an unresolved data-integrity incident was a determining factor. No detailed feedback will be given in writing.
Next: the only open offer is confirmation of the date the evaluation closed, if BG-Demo wants it for its own records.

- Tasha Greene 31 Jul 2026 09:34Jordan, Per our process, the evaluation for the client-services view of hospital clients has now concluded. Quillmark Health has decided to proceed with another vendor at this time. Our security team noted an unresolved data-integrity incident during the evaluation period, and that was a determining factor in the outcome. We do not provide detailed feedback on individual evaluations in writing. I can confirm the decision is final for this procurement. We will keep BG-Demo's documentation on the vendor file in line with our retention practice. Please let me know if you need confirmation of the date the evaluation closed for your own records. We appreciate your time and effort, and that of Hannah and the wider team, throughout the process. Best regards, Tasha Greene Procurement Director
