As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After a negotiation call, Jordan Pike restated the open Enterprise proposal and a planning date. Tasha Greene said commercial terms wait until the security review clears; Jordan agreed to pause pricing and drafts.
Ask: Jordan Pike set out the proposal, which is an open item, and asked how the security review and contracting should be sequenced. He copied Owen Tallis as VP Sales.
Customer view: Tasha Greene would not discuss commercial terms and pointed review materials to Megan Alvarez.
Next: Jordan paused commercial discussions and called the 31 Jul 2026 target a moveable placeholder. Hannah Lowe is to contact Megan to schedule the review.

- Jordan Pike 1 Jul 2026 14:41Megan, Tasha, Thanks for making the time today. Here's where we are, to be transparent. The Enterprise proposal sits at a total deal value of £155,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee. Our working target for signature is 31 Jul 2026, but that date only holds if it fits your process. It is a planning date, not a deadline I want to push on you. What would make this a yes? From what I heard, security review findings come first and commercial terms second. I'd like us to agree the order of those steps now, so nobody is waiting on the wrong thing. Could you confirm how you would like to sequence the security review and the contracting? I've copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, because he signs off on anything commercial on our side. Thanks, Jordan
- Tasha Greene 2 Jul 2026 15:14Jordan, Thank you for the summary. Per our process, we will not discuss commercial terms at this time. Contracting follows once the security review has cleared. Megan owns that review and will set out what she needs from you. Please direct review materials to Megan. I will keep the vendor file updated on our side. We appreciate your time and effort. Best regards, Tasha Greene, Procurement Director
- Jordan Pike 2 Jul 2026 18:04Tasha, Megan, Understood, and thanks for being clear on that. Commercial discussions are paused on our side until Megan's review has cleared. I won't send pricing or contract drafts in the meantime. Our solutions engineer, Hannah Lowe, will contact Megan directly to schedule the security review. She runs every Enterprise review for us, so she is the right person to answer the technical questions. If something she cannot answer comes up, I will tell you that rather than guess. The 31 Jul 2026 date I mentioned is only a placeholder. Please treat it as moveable. Thanks, Jordan
