Current to 13 Oct 26Jordan Pike proposed a 30-minute proposal walkthrough and Ben Kowalski accepted Thursday at 15:00. Ben asked for the proposal in advance and would not give a decision timeline, as security and procurement both must sign off.
Ask: Jordan wanted to walk Ben and colleagues through the Enterprise proposal, the security review items and procurement's needs.
Customer view: Ben is warm about the agenda but cautious. He cannot promise the security lead will attend and will not commit to a decision date.
Next: send the proposal ahead of the call so procurement can read it. Securing the security lead's attendance would help.

- Jordan Pike 25 Mar 2026 12:02Ben, Quick one. Thanks for the time on the call earlier. As agreed, I'd like to walk you and whoever else you want in the room through the proposal. Here's the agenda I have in mind: - The Enterprise scope as it maps to your client-services teams - Where we've landed on the security review items - Next steps on your side, so you know what procurement will need from us Would Thursday at 15:00 your time work? It needs about thirty minutes. If your security lead can join, even better, since I'd rather they hear our answers directly. Thanks, Jordan
- Ben Kowalski 25 Mar 2026 14:51Jordan, Thursday at 15:00 works for me. Love the agenda. I'll ask our security lead to join. I can't promise they'll make it, as their diary is brutal right now. Procurement will want a look at the proposal too, so please send it across ahead of the call and I'll get it in front of them. I can't give you a timeline for a decision. Security and procurement both have to sign off, and I don't want to overpromise. Let me socialise it internally and I'll tell you what I hear. Ben
