What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Imogen Hartley, Head of Data, wrote on her last day to thank BB-Demo and praise what the brain enabled. She named Craig Paterson for connectors and did not say who will own the relationship. Daniel replied warmly.
Customer view: Imogen was positive about the brain and the team, and said she had seen it work. She would not presume to say who picks up the relationship.
Impact: BB-Demo loses its day-to-day champion during the renewal period, leaving Craig as the connector contact with no named successor.
Next: Daniel pledged to stay close to Craig and to keep in touch with Imogen, who is a relationship to keep.

- Imogen Hartley 30 Jan 2026 08:53Daniel, A short note, because today is my last day at Lornefield and I did not want to leave without saying thank you. The real question for me over the last three years has always been whether the data would be treated as an asset or as a nuisance, and working with you and the team at BB-Demo made that easy to answer. I have seen this work, and I am proud of what the scheme-relationship managers built on top of it. Craig knows the connectors better than anyone and will keep an eye on things. Beyond that, I will not presume to say who will pick up the relationship here. I am sure we will cross paths again. Let's make sure we do. Best, Imogen
- Daniel Okafor 3 Feb 2026 10:51Hello Imogen, Thank you for such a kind note, and apologies for taking a few days to reply. It landed on exactly the day I was out and I wanted to answer it properly. You were there at the start, when we were still working out what the brain should be, and a good deal of what it became at Lornefield is down to your insistence on getting the basics right. I will miss our Thursday catch-ups, and the occasional wry remark about my slides. I will stay close to Craig and the team, and I will let you know if there is anything you would want to hear from me. Please do keep in touch, whatever comes next for you. I would like to hear how the new role goes.
