Daniel Okafor's written follow-up to the QBR call. Weekly users are below the 40 licensed users, some teams have gone back to old habits, and connectors are steady. There is no customer response in the thread.

Ask: Daniel wants to know which teams have reverted and promised a usage-by-team note by the end of the following week.

Customer view: the thread holds only Daniel's message, so the customer's position is known only as he recorded it. Imogen Hartley reportedly named teams reverting, and Craig Paterson reported steady connectors.

Next: the term runs to 2 Apr 2026, so the usage evidence matters for the renewal case.

Hello Imogen, hello Craig, Thank you both for your time on the call earlier. I wanted to close the loop in writing while it is fresh. Where we landed, as I heard it: - Licensed users are 40 and the number of people actually in the brain each week is lower than that. We agreed that is worth understanding rather than explaining away. Imogen, you mentioned a couple of teams who have gone back to their old habits, and I would like to know which ones. - Craig, the connectors have been steady, and the couple of tickets raised recently are being looked at. If anything starts timing out again, please send me the console screenshot as you have been doing and I will pick it up directly. - The current term runs to 2 Apr 2026, so we should use the coming weeks sensibly and not leave anything to the last minute. I will come back to you by the end of next week with a short note on usage by team, so you have something concrete to react to. How is the team finding it day to day? Honest answers are the most useful ones. Best wishes, Daniel

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
