Imogen Hartley agreed to a Friday afternoon QBR, said the team finds the brain useful, and wants more managers using it regularly before every trustee call. Daniel Okafor sent the invite.

Ask: Daniel asked for a QBR slot ahead of the renewal conversation. Imogen asked for Friday afternoon so the session is not squeezed between trustee meetings.

Customer view: the team finds it useful, but she wants more managers using it regularly and says they are not quite there yet.

Next: Daniel will bring usage by team and examples of questions asked. The thread supports an adoption push on the Growth subscription.

Hi Imogen, I hope the week is treating you well. Just to close the loop on our last conversation, I'd like to get the next QBR in the diary so we're not scrambling for a slot later. Could you do a Thursday or Friday afternoon some time next week? An hour should be plenty. I'd like to walk through how the scheme-relationship managers are using the brain and hear what you'd want more of before the renewal conversation comes round. How is the team finding it at the moment? Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. The real question for me is whether we can make the session count, so I'd rather it wasn't squeezed in between trustee meetings. Friday afternoon looks better than Thursday on my side. The team are finding it useful, though I'd like to talk about getting more of them using it regularly. I've seen this work well when the managers ask it something before every trustee call, and we're not quite there yet. Could you send an invite for Friday afternoon and I'll hold the time? Best, Imogen

Hi Imogen, That's very helpful, thank you. I've sent the invite for Friday afternoon, so please shout if anything moves and we'll find another slot. I'll bring a short view of usage by team, plus a few examples of the questions people have been asking, so we can talk about what would get more of the managers into the habit. Best wishes, Daniel
