Daniel Okafor asked for a check-in and Imogen Hartley agreed. She said her real question is how to get more relationship managers asking the brain themselves, and suggested Thursday morning next week with Craig for the first part.

Ask: Daniel proposed half an hour to review usage and close the loop on a recent ticket. Imogen accepted and asked him to send an invite.

Customer view: She wants relationship managers to ask the brain directly rather than going through her team. That is an adoption goal, with no commercial ask or complaint.

Next: Daniel to send the invite and bring Craig in for the connectors.

Hi Imogen, I hope the week is treating you well. It's been a little while since we last sat down properly, so I'd like to book a check-in on how the team is finding the brain and whether anything has changed on your side that we should plan around. Would sometime next week suit you? I'm happy to work around your diary. About half an hour should be plenty, and I'll bring the usage picture and a note on the ticket that came in recently, just to close the loop on it. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Lovely to hear from you, and yes, a check-in would be welcome. The real question for me at the moment is how we get more of the relationship managers asking the brain things for themselves rather than coming to my team, so it would be good to think that through with you. Thursday morning next week looks the most open for me. If that works for you, send an invite and I'll accept it. Do bring Craig in for the first part if he is free, as he will have views on the connectors. Best, Imogen On 10 Oct 2024, at 12:30, Daniel Okafor wrote: > Would sometime next week suit you?
