Daniel Okafor followed up the quarterly review. He reported a small summer dip in usage, noted headroom on the forty Growth licences and asked Craig Paterson for the admin console status on the nightly refresh. No customer response in the thread.

Ask: Daniel asked Craig to send the admin console status and a screenshot of anything that looks off. He also asked to be told before any change to connected systems so a change window can be agreed.

Customer view: none is recorded, as neither Imogen nor Craig replied here. The usage dip and the summer explanation are BB-Demo's reading.

Next: Daniel promised Imogen a short list of dashboard ideas the following week.

Hi Imogen, hi Craig, Thank you both for your time on the quarterly review. Just to close the loop on where we got to, in case it helps to have it in one place. Usage: activity across the team is holding up well, with a small dip against the previous quarter that we agreed looks like the usual summer pattern rather than anything to worry about. You have forty licensed users on the Growth plan, so there is plenty of headroom if more of the relationship managers want to start asking the brain their own questions. Connectors: Craig, you mentioned keeping an eye on the nightly refresh. I'd be grateful if you could send me the admin console status when you next check it, and a screenshot of anything that looks off. If there is any change to the systems you connect, please tell me before it happens and we will agree a change window in advance, so the refresh is never moved without you knowing. Imogen, I'll come back to you next week with a short list of dashboard ideas drawn from the questions your team have been asking most. How is the team finding it generally? I'd like to hear it from the people using it every day. Best wishes, Daniel

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
