Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asked for a review call as the term runs to 2 Apr 2024. Imogen Hartley agreed, preferring it before the renewal conversation, and wants to discuss getting more of the team using it regularly.
Ask: Daniel proposed an hour on usage, what works for the scheme-relationship managers and plans for the coming year.
Customer view: Imogen finds the team useful on the whole, but the real question is getting more of them using it regularly.
Next: the review is booked for Wednesday morning at 10:00, with Daniel bringing a short view of usage.

- Daniel Okafor 29 Jan 2024 10:30Hi Imogen, I hope the new year has started kindly for you and the team. I would like to get a review call in the diary with you, ideally in the next week or two. The term runs to 2 Apr 2024, so it feels like the right moment to look together at how the brain has been used since we last spoke, what is working for the scheme-relationship managers, and what you would like from it over the coming year. An hour should be plenty. Would one morning next week suit you? How is the team finding it at the moment? I would love to hear that before we sit down. Best wishes, Daniel
- Imogen Hartley 30 Jan 2024 16:53Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Yes, a review makes sense, and I would rather do it before the renewal conversation than during it. Wednesday morning next week would suit me best. Thursday is possible too, but I have a trustee meeting that could run over, so I would not want to promise it. The team are finding it useful on the whole. The real question is how we get more of them using it regularly, and I would like to spend some of the hour on that. Best, Imogen
- Daniel Okafor 1 Feb 2024 15:04Hi Imogen, Just to close the loop: Wednesday morning is booked and an invitation has gone to your calendar for 10:00. I will bring a short view of usage over the last few months, and we can use the rest of the time on your question about getting more of the team asking the brain regularly. If there is anyone you would like to join us, say so and I will add them. Best wishes, Daniel
