Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asked Imogen Hartley for a check-in call. She replied that relationship managers have taken to the brain and wants to discuss other teams using it. Daniel agreed a Tuesday morning call.
Ask: Daniel proposed a half-hour check-in to hear which questions are most useful. Imogen accepted and added her own agenda, whether other teams should use the brain.
Customer view: She says the relationship managers took to it better than expected, and one opens it before every scheme meeting.
Next: Daniel will send an invitation for Tuesday morning and bring a short summary of how the current group uses it.

- Daniel Okafor 27 Jun 2023 16:17Hi Imogen, I hope the week is treating you well. I wanted to suggest a short check-in call, mainly to ask how the team is finding it since the training session. From what I can see, a lot more people are logging in and asking questions than a couple of months ago, which is lovely to see. Could you do half an hour sometime next week? I'd also like to hear which questions are proving most useful, so I can pass that back to our product team. Best wishes, Daniel
- Imogen Hartley 30 Jun 2023 14:49Hi Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy week with the trustee papers. Yes, a check-in would be good. The relationship managers have taken to it better than I expected, and one of them now opens it before every scheme meeting, which I did not predict. Tuesday or Wednesday morning next week would suit me. I've seen this work elsewhere, and I'd like us to talk about whether other teams here should be using it too. Best, Imogen
- Daniel Okafor 3 Jul 2023 13:37Hi Imogen, That's good to hear, and a relationship manager opening it before every meeting is exactly the habit we hope for. Tuesday morning works for me, so I'll send an invitation shortly. On the wider teams, we can look at what that would involve on the call. Just to close the loop, I'll bring a short summary of how the current group is using it so we have something concrete to look at. Best wishes, Daniel
