Ask: none from the customer. Nell set out the net, VAT and gross amounts and the contract period of 3 Apr 2023 to 2 Apr 2024.

Customer view: not shown, as Morag does not reply.

Next: Nell offered to add or reissue the invoice with a purchase order reference if the payment run needs one.

Hello Morag, Today is the start of the Lornefield subscription, so the annual invoice has been issued today, 3 Apr 2023. To make it easy to check: - Net amount: £19,500 - VAT: £3,900 - Gross amount: £23,400 - Due: 3 May 2023 It covers the Starter tier for one year, from 3 Apr 2023 to 2 Apr 2024, for 15 licensed users. The contract period is on the invoice itself, as I know you like to see it there. If your team needs anything else before it can go on a payment run, such as a purchase order reference, just say and I'll get it added or reissued. Best, Nell
